If you are a candidate interested in placement via the EB-3 program or being interviewed by one of our U.S. employers, please fill in the form on this page with all your personal details and we will contact you.
In order to learn about specific job opportunities our employers have open currently, candidates will need to register with us and attend one or more of our video calls. We look forward to working with you, but there are employer privacy and confidentiality concerns, so we do not disclose the employers publicly. Please register with us so we can begin providing you with the necessary information.
Please review the following information, which is useful to many people or contains information we need to tell you at the outset of the process:
- We cannot guarantee you a position. The employers make the hiring decisions and they are final.
- Prior to an interview with an employer, you will be screened by us either via Zoom, if necessary, or you will be requested to fill in a questionnaire to ensure you fit all the necessary parameters of the job. Make sure everything is answered completely and honestly.
- Limit your discussions at the interview to the job itself and whatever the employer wishes to discuss with you about the company, the job, or your background. PLEASE route all immigration, PERM process, and logistical questions to the law office side of our business and we will be more than happy to answer them.
- If you have registered interest in a particular company, please contact us for screening and to find out whether we can refer you for an interview. Do not directly contact the employers. We guarantee our employer clients a streamlined, headache-free process and we stick very hard to that, so please respect that and make your inquiries through our office. We will keep you up-to-date as needed.
- If you are not selected after an interview with a particular employer, we will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative placement.
- This is a long process. It will almost certainly take at least a year. We can email you a handout that shows why that is the case. So, please tailor your expectations and understand that we are making sure everything is proceeding as quickly as possible. Everyone wants this process to be quicker - the employers want you here, you want to immigrate and begin work, and we want everyone to be happy - but we all need to be realistic here. Please plan accordingly and use good judgment. Do not quit your job at home, do not make travel plans, and so on until we have the immigrant visa in your passport towards the end of the process.
